Clinical Research Training Fellowship in neuro-oncology, Oxford

A fully funded three year Clinical Research Training Fellowship in the University of Oxford, leading to the award of DPhil (internationally recognised as a PhD), is now receiving applications.

The successful candidate will leverage modern gene editing technology in human iPSC cells to advance the understanding and treatment of the most common childhood malignant brain cancer. This fellowship provides a fantastic opportunity to receive world class training necessary to launch a career as a leading clinician-scientist. The trainee will gain access to a mentor and there is generous provision for travel to present data at conferences.

Trainee representatives Joint Neurosciences Council

The Joint Neurosciences Council is inviting applications for two trainees from diverse neuroscience specialties to represent the views of UK neuroscience trainees at the JNC meetings held in London three times per year.

The Joint Neurosciences Council is an organisation founded in 1978 that brings together the presidents of the UK neuroscience specialty associations and the Neurological Alliance to promote discourse. The Joint Neurosciences Council owns and runs ebrain.
